Janus Global Operation’s Delivery Assurance program focuses on exceptional operational execution and ensures our services exceed your expectations every step of the way. A designated Delivery Assurance Working Group is assigned to each project, aimed at defining project-specific goals as well as objectives and critical success factors – all of which, are used as the foundation for establishing key performance indicators which gauge process efficiencies and overall effectiveness. This comprehensive, proactive approach allows Janus to monitor the status of each project throughout the project life-cycle while identifying and acting upon leading indicators to avoid potential failures. Our Delivery Assurance approach creates improvements to current and future processes and drives organizational excellence.

Quality Management Systems

Janus Global Operations is committed to organizational excellence and as such, maintains an Integrated Management System conforming to international standards. The backbone of the Integrated Management System is the quality, environmental, and safety policies which provide a framework of common understanding and goals as part of our commitment to service quality, the preservation/improvement of the environment, and the commitments to maintaining the health and safety of our employees and those potentially impacted by our operations. Compliance with our policies is the responsibility of each individual working for or on behalf of Janus Global.

Janus Global Operations and its subsidiaries operate a Quality Management System which conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ANSI/ASIS PSC.1-2012 standards. Janus Global was originally certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard in December 2008 and was recently certified to the revised ISO 9001:2015 revision of the standard. The scope of the ISO 9001 certification includes all of Janus Global’ s product and service lines including the following; The Planning, Oversight and Delivery of Expeditionary Construction; Mine Action; Munitions Response; Tactical IT/Comm; Physical Security Stockpile Management; Range Sustainment; Green Targets (Design & Production); Intel; Armed and Unarmed Static and Mobile Security Operations, including Canine (K9) operations, worldwide.

Janus Global completed the rigorous PSC.1 certification process and was the first U.S. company to achieve PSC.1 certification with global scope. PSC.1 is an international standard designed specifically for private security company quality management systems. Additionally Janus attained the ISO 18788:2015 Certification for Private Security Operations Management System. The scope of the PSC.1, and ISO 18788 certifications includes: The Planning, Oversight and Delivery of Static and Mobile Security Operations, including Armed, Worldwide.

We integrate our certified ISO 9001 Quality, ANSI/ASIS PSC.1 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, ISO 18788 Private Security, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems into a cohesive, flexible Integrated Management System. Our Integrated Management System is designed to provide safe, efficient and effective processes incorporating risk based solutions thereby driving organizational excellence. Successful integration of our management systems has resulted in solutions directly contributing to client success.

Our ESH policy has been defined by company senior management and is supported by measurable safety objectives and targets. This policy is reviewed for continuing suitability at regular intervals and is displayed and communicated to all of our employees.
